Does Briscoe have any interest in promoting the story to the precious metal investment community?

Thanks VP-

I agree with your assessment and there will be more dilution for partners down the road, but it is needed and will be very good for LBSR.

Current structure per my calc's

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=56875377

So a little over 100+ million to be converted(not including employee options at .038)-

So 675 million roughly fulled diluted assuming all conversions except employee options. So my guess is couple 100 million or mentally I assume maybe around a billion and then a reverse split at some point in time with a listing on the AMEX.

Even with that I see a minimum of $1-2 dollars IMHO.

VP, your comments this morning also make assumptions that may or may not be true:

1. that only one operator will do a JV on these claims. if BCSP were parceled out to several companies they'd

a) start the extraction process more quickly

and

b) LBSR would get a higher valuation per deposit, if these various "pebbles" were mostly active sites.

2. that the OS will do nothing but go up. not so, when you consider how undervalued the stock is, a buyback would be quite reasonable if funds permitted, even if these shares were then used as equity stakes for future partners, i.e., a net wash.

_______

let's keep in mind that with china, india, and so many other developing economies maturing in the next few decades this is a new paradigm. we'll need to see the pace of mining increase dramatically to meet this demand.
