Looks like it changed today. My guess is that they need to get their paperwork caught up. They seem to be pretty lax with it. I believe if you're releasing PRs without having your financials up-to-date, you get nailed with the CE. Hopefully, SNEY will take care of this pronto.
I check the site multiple times every trading day and it just came up today. No worries, we start production next month and pink sheets will be current ASAP per Steve Parent, Investor Relations of SNEY.
