Given Amador's history, I suspect that there may be some funny stories behind this change & truly hope that we find out about them if/when filings are unsealed.
Also, it would be interesting to know how Matt went about finding the new guy. I have this picture of the new attorney hanging around the lobby of the courthouse handing out cards to likely drink-drivers, child molesters etc etc. Or perhaps Matt got a list of Delware litigators, crossed off everybody with any securities experience and picked one of the remaining guys at random.
