Consider anything bad for Wamu is really good for Wamu equity (and good for you), and bad for Wamu creditors and bad for JPM as they will not be able to get away with theft of the company. The Wamu lawyers are conflicted with JPM and its looking more like they are going to get stopped. Wamu POR v6 must die. Period.
