O/S has to be higher than 4.8mil, but its not more than 20million. They traded exactly as if it was the old share structure, only they sold into new prices. Today we found out why. Some brokers had a R/S reversed, and showed old shares. Some inherently shorted against those shares.
It traded at between 0.0001-.0004 right before the split. It went up and down weekly on low volume. After the split it went into multiple pennies, on low volume. Something like 20-40 thousand shares. Then one day 120 million traded in November, and price plummeted . Everybody screamed dilution. Except, here nobody had any shares to trade, because old shares haven't converted, even today.
