To save $1200 per month, you'd need a rather large surface area 10 story building of mostly glass facade, in the sunny south. Really, the big question is how much does it cost and how long does it last. If a 40 story skyscraper in Tampa generates a savings of $3,000 - $5,000 per month but costs $150,000 to install and lasts 2 years, it wouldn't make sense. That's the big unknown with this stock. For smaller usage, like cares, trucks or cell phones, it's nil since it's terribly inefficient.
