Just need the bill signed and this should run to the mid to upper 0.30s pretty quickly. Who know about a top, it could top there or keep going if they have other positive things in the works.
Since Parsons and Parrish own so many shares of Global, wouldn't it be in their best interests to give the whole dollar to customers and thus increase interest among potential clients and thus cause the stock price to appreciate all that much faster? Why steal dimes when you can make dollars legally?
