I couldn't agree with you more. i just cannot fathom the traditional institutional investment firm putting a nickel into this. So, i am very wary of FEEL entering into some convertible debenture that has spelled the death of so many companies. By now, the management of all companies are, or should be aware of the dangers of this kind of financing. It will be interesting to see what they do; if FEEl does get involved in toxic financing, it can be taken as a certain sign that management themselves have given up on making any legitimate money.
