I doubt we receive shares since they are worthless. The DimeQ attorney's are saying we are unsecured creditors of the WAMU estate and that the amount of our claim is = to 85% of the value of the litigation proceeds. It appears that WAMU will be able to pay the unsecured creditors all of the $ they are owed. Therefore, if we win, we would be entitled to receive cash = to 85% of the value of the litigation proceeds.
