It is. Program trading 52 week average is 52.9%. Last year at this time it was 40.6%. That is one hell of a big increase. Average daily program trading volume is up from 1.042 bil last year to an average 1.304bil this year...up 262 million. Daily NYSE average volume is just up 40 mil. I don't have the Nas stats.
