The stock manipulation and securities fraud has come from SAEI and its promoters as I am sure you will eventually find out when the SEC and the FBI move in on this scam. The Patriot Act has a long reach. It has resulted in securities fraud busts with significant jail terms against foreign nationals living outside the US.

Explain the fact that Geomin's website was registered in 2006!

Explain the differences in who's taking this more seriously!

Explain who you think contacted the proper authorities if this is truly "stock manipulation"!

You got the securities fraud part of it right. Who do you honestly think is committing it?

Claiming the Geomin International website as fake, could be construed slander/libel and character assasination.

I wouldn't be surprised if USG agencies and authorities aren't assisting Geomin International with

1) Crafting what to publicly post
2) Providing legal (civil and criminal) courses of action to enact upon
3) Accepting any/all email traffic headers and bodies for identification and origin
4) Providing whistleblower protection under under Section 922 of H. R. 4173
