And here is a basic fundamental difference between you and other liberals that "... don't get it." and the Republicans.

You continue to believe that all a president has to do is take from those that have and give it to those that don't... And in the context of this discussion he should do so by rewriting someone's contract so that the terms are changed to support your preferred outcome.

That is sick enough that I don't think even the Democrats would support it.

If we ever get to the point where the government is making wholesale contract changes to promote their social agenda then you better pack up and move to a different country. They are getting close to taking this direction... GM is an example of government meddling resulting in outcomes that are different than what the free market would produce. Be careful of what you wish for because if you get it we are all screwed.
