I believe Finra did call & got the response he claimed. I've talked to him a couple of times over the phone and pms to know that he's telling the truth.

Plus the cat is out of the bag with Bixby, and I believe this is the reason why they are pushing to get the info out with this in some details.

It would be insider info if he shared the details of the 10-Q. Stan sharing a date about a filing does not constitute insider information. Try again! Looks like you may have sold on Friday also. LOL!!

Just pray that the 10-Q doesn't come out PRE-MARKET!!
