ilene i was on the assumption everyone involved (susman rosen etc ) knows what the sealed docs contain..so what u are telling me is we have docs that are sealed which the debtors are unaware of.and vice versa .i think your wrong on that 1 ...you sure
Let me see. Walrath says she will allow unsealing of these docs, but once again Rosen cuts her off in court with this fabulous offer to settle. Ahem, avoiding this nasty secret from ever getting out.
Good Job Ilenes, I could not have said that better. Voodoo is being educated in the virtues of Leverage. Leverage can force parties to unwillingly do things they would never do, so yes Leverage is what we want and will need to exert force to settle all the way down the waterfall..
