IMO, no one is running it here. Everyone out of country. The 5 mill convert Don't know the convert price but probably .02 which no shares were to be sold in the U.S. are done and gone. Potentially 12-15 million $$ Plus the other millions of share as well. No one will be touched outside the U.S. especially in Ukrane or Russia.
