THERE IS NO HARD EVIDENCE TO PROVE ANY WRONG DOING!! SO YOU CANNOT CALL A STOCK FRAUD !!

I've seen more than enough evidence to call this a fraud. It is so obvious that a schoolchild could figure it out.

Furthermore there appears to be an attempt to launder money through Panama. This is a real slime pit. A 10 million dollar convertible debenture working here and the company has not provided the conversion price to investors. Which is of course illegal

When companies put a lawsuit notice against Internet posters on their website and it's a penny stock with no actual ownership of land, no actual revenue, touting a stock buy back, touting a possible buyout, a default status on their SOS with the TA as their registrant, an NI status report with no geologist stamp or signature, misspelled names and numbers and companies they all point to fraud.

There's too many red flags here it's amazing some don't see them.
