Patent can't be unreal. Financial statement disclosed it. This can be a jail time. Contracts are real and shown in the PG&E website. I do not know how the Company acquired RTR, does anyone know the deal? This can clarify the RS speculation. I am sure that there was no RS for the acquisition because the last filed financial should have reflected this already.
I am not an engineer to understand this technology and how effective it is. But can this energy be used to provide electricity to some communities? Definitely. Also, I myself know communities that are not only can use it but also are in need for this technology.
Why do you think that it can't go anywhere and will be a loser? If you are talking about ability to finance the deals, investors for these kind of companies look for the business potential. If an investor is willing to put $100M in a company, that is an indication that its business has great potentials. They won't let management ruin it.
I strongly believe this is a very strong long term investment. If financial are filed and projects started to be in operations with follow up projects picked, don't you see this stock is way undervalued? I see the stock in a straight uptrend, once financial is filed and trading started and properly planned for it.
