Don't hold your breath on the patent. The USPTO is running about 2 years or more behind. No matter. With the patent app on file, they are protected.

After that Mr. Bordynuik recanted that he has any patents in the 10K/A.

Just another little white lie from the CEO and controlling shareholder who controls every aspect of how investors' money is spent--nothing to worry about. It made good fodder for a PR and even bad information is good if it helps promote the stock, right? As long as you're convinced that Mr. Bordynuik's ethical shortcomings won't translate to him ripping you off as well, you should be fine.
