In addition to your FASC Share's recording I am wondering if
we should share with Cal and Brian what we would be willing to
sell out for. I am sure that the long term outlook could be different now for Cal and Brian than in the past.

The question could be ...if a buy out offer was to be entertained, what PPS would the shareholders here be willing to
sell at.

I think it would make sense to share that with Brian at this time if we have even 25% of the shares here with us at IHUB.

.... or maybe even PPS exchange value for a merger with a solid company?

I will go first. I think a very minimum of .13 PPS, how-ever I do think much more is possible if we accumulate some decent contracts this year. Maybe .47 PPS?????

PS. I think it would be good not to get to greedy if Brian and Cal are willing to entertain offers. In the Past Cal sent them to the Market.
