What more can i say, the trees exist. If you go see them, then you will know if and when they can be harvested. They must be cut at the scheduled time in the contract. A breach by TATF occurs then if they are not.I dealt only in teak, so i am not acquainted with the marketing of other trees.
You say they looked as good, then you should not be so worried, you are letting others on here panic you.
