Thanks for you thoughts i have been told buy zecco that they could still change the rs amount but that said i also have little confidence in that answer because of the fact they locked us out of the buy side so im asking this for many other reasons . glta hold long and strong

There are just under 2.5M common shares outstanding (officially) and 25M preferred shares outstanding with voting power of 25 Billion commons. That's why common shareholders were not and will not ever be consulted on the moves the company makes.
