I agree with you 100% but they gave a definite time frame in the same manner they did to vc.ty last week n it happened for them. I'm down on this stock and have been thinking all week whether to sell. If it drops I'll go down with the ship

Your point is understandable, however if it is being filed as they say, tonight or over the weekend.. Whould you rather they had said nothing on Friday tips... I think not.
