I have come to the conclusion that NOBODY can be as inept as
these Three Stooges (Edwin, Gilbert and Karen) without it being
on purpose, like a scripted comedy show.
The first clue to a scam is a "Gagged Transfer Agent", of which
ours "is not gagged".
If we had no idea of the share structure, this stock would be trading
at much higher levels on hype and anticipation. In this case, they
have diluted right in front of us, as we watched the pps nose-dive.
One item that CNEX has been very careful to keep from public knowledge
is the list of insiders. A low pps allows all the insiders to buy
at a huge discount compared to what we all paid in the last six months.
If anybody ever runs across a list of the substantial shareholders,
I would very much appreciate a posted link to it.
