CJ i posted what My honest opinions are on this matter....but as always we are dealing with the pinks and nothing is as it appears black/white.
Facts:
1. Post reverse split stock price the post share price should indicate .01 for a 100/1 reverse split. (we are at .002)
2. All post split holders have NOT received their shares. Therefor they cannot sell. (confirmed by the board members) So where are the shares in the market coming from?
3. Even if the company fully diluted the stock price today 400M is the authorized/the max.
