WARNING!!! The action SSPTD stock is currently taking is very disturbing considering that SSPT shareholders who owned the stock before the 100:1 reverse split are unable to sell their shares because Barrett and Posten decided to issue new stock by sending out paper certificates instead of issuing them electronically (as is the usual method) and have delayed sending out the paper certs.
The people who are able to sell into this momo are those who bought SSPTD shares after the R/S, not longs or even traders with old SSPT shares. It's also possible that select holders of SSPT stock received their new paper certificates soon after the R/S and are also able to play the momo.

I believe there could be violations of securities laws by essentially restricting the access of retail holders of SSPT stock to be able to sell, especially since they issued a PR after the R/S. IMO trading should be halted until the holders of the old SSPT shares have received their new shares in their brokerage accounts.

SSPT shareholders who have not received new shares into their brokerage accouts should send a complaint to the SEC at enforcement@sec.gov. Explain that you have not received your new shares and can not trade despite very active trading and a PR issued after the R/S. You might want to request that the trading be halted until the company has issued all of the new shares and they are fully tradeable.

Be sure to give you full and correct contact info. I also suggest copying help@sec.gov on your e-mails. The more they get, the more likely they are to take action.

Although the momo in new SSPTD shares is suppossedly being caused by a "MOASS" (Mother Of All Short Squeezes), I have my doubts. Regarless of cause, as with all momo runs, some who are attempting trade the momo will buy at the peak and end up bagholders.

Those holding untradable SSPT shares will almost certainly end up bagholders after the momo run retreats. ~Cassandra
