If there's excess demand for the stock and not enough supply, they will. They'll also cover those shares as quickly as possible. However, it doesn't look like they're gonna have to worry about excess demand for a while.
You don't make a market buy selling short 10 million shares. The market maker goes home flat they would be fired for building a large position as it is exactly what they are NOT supposed to do. You need to get a basic understanding of what a market maker does instead of parroting that scammer Williams lies.
