This float is as good as Locked. A few more buys and hold and the float is totally gone.

Perhaps because the goal is to confuse, obfuscate and mislead?

There are 61.6 million that DTCC accounts for which should be comprised of NOBO and OBO shares, plus restricted.
NOBO is 49 million of the 61.6 million.

Where is the "indication of naked shorting"?
