i have not been successful in finding a way, i suggest you use tools or knowledge outside of McClellan Oscillators, or Summations, or Advances or Declines
but even then sometimes, you will not have a good idea.

my knowledge is as far back as the first known use of this Alert in 1974. The alert itself does not give direction of next move. No one has passed along any knowledge of how to determine the next moves direction.
i did studies of the alerts and then tried to use what i thought might be indicators of coming move direction. i was unsuccessful in finding a way.
If you think long enough on it, i think it is logical that it does not give such info.
every now and then over the years, i have tried to post my idea of which way it would come. it is my estimate, that if you took the opposite of my quesses you would have been right and many times as i was.
i am sure some or all the lurkers laugh at my quesses, and their lack of success.
