Well, I do not know any iceman. I got in because of a small cap report of Switzerland years ago. I still believe that Girasolar and Koornstra have had ever serious intention a small solar company in Europe can have by preparing a listing at the US stock exchange. Serious european business people met a criminal US-shell CEO....that, included the rose glasses Girasolar might have worn by going public by an US shell, is the reason for this desaster.
Again, I will NEVER understand, why Klamka received shares. Usually shell CEOs have to offer shares to those, who deliver the business into the shell: the sehll delivers the shell and the shares - the non-listed compnay delivers the business - that is the way hiow it usually works. So both directors/CEOs win.
I do not get at all, why Koornstra had to pay Klamka for filing the shell with a solar business.
Unbelieveable how blind Koornstra has been. There are thousandfs of shells, who would have kissed his feet for such a solar business !!!!
