That's the trouble.... NO ONE controls this company.... Sandy has not paid for the annual registration... nor has Samai... they have done NOTHING.... yet... we have trouble trying to organize a shareholder meeting because we can't find a lawyer that will charge less than $200k for writing a few stinking letters... and every time we talk to the SEC they tell us they can't give us any legal advice even though all we want to know is what the legal way is to contact shareholders when we can't get a list....
BTW... Sandy never had to give up his First Canadian Shares... just the "subsidiaries" that he spun off.... First Canadian is now BKMP.... Sandy owns whatever he wants to in it.... Where did the $1million go that was supposed to have been paid for 50 billion shares??!?!? Doh... IMO... Sandy sold himself the shares but never paid for them.... and if he has them (and a whole bunch more?) he has no right to them because over 10% should have been reported to the SEC which Sandy didn't do..... NOR DID ANYONE ELSE!!! .... but 50 billion shares is/was 60% of the outstanding shares..... VERY BOGUS!!!
Thailand has no extradition agreement with the US.... Sandy is hiding there... free and clear... but if someone reported him as spitting on the sidewalk he might get beaten with a bamboo pole like some US kid did some years back.
