Whether management is effective or not is irrelevant. A trader's job right now is to discredit anyone who says anything that might jepordize his current trade. What the trader doesn't see is Ntephe's blunder selling 10M shares at 22 cents will have him stuck in this trade for a lot longer. We ain't goin anywhere.
