I agree, those .13's and .12's are looking good right now. For me, today confirmed that someone wants to keep this under .15 and they have been dealing out a lot of stock to keep it there.
Sorry to ask this again but why would any stockholder try and drive the price of their own stock down. It makes no sense to me. Appreciate a "stock traders book for dummies" response!!!
