#2747 RE: BKfinancier #2746

Hey BK,

As of now, it's anyone's guess as to how the judge will rule on the LTWs. She seemed to be swayed by the arguments put forth by the LTW counsel, but you never know.

Personally, I think that this is severely undervalued. Based upon the current price, Mr. Market has assigned us a 1 in 6 to 1 in 7 chance of getting a favorable outcome.

I think a more reasonable handicap at this point is more like 1 in 2 or 1 in 3.

Fortunately, the actual Anchor litigation is no longer an issue. We won, the money is on its way, we just need to know how much of a bonus we get!

The only uncertainty that remains is whether or not the fraudulent conveyance of our claims to JPM will be allowed to stand. Clearly, the market is very cynical of justice right now.

The next item of import is the Hoffman hearing on Dec 17, regarding unsealing of documents. Not sure what bearing that will really have on the judge approving the POR v6. I do not believe the judge will render her decision before then at least, and will probably take some time longer. Recalculate the odds after that. If POR is rejected, then odds of a payout for you guys here probably edge close to 100%. Trying to gauge potential success on market action is useless. About anyone really playing this especially the Wamu securities, are not much more than pinksheet flippers. Those who believe were already in, are in, and will be in. Like me. I should add that from all I gather POR v6 is indeed fatally flawed and will be rejected by the judge.
