The question is,what is considered"important imformation"?How do you define that? Now I know what the arguement will be about talking to an investor, and discussing something that could be considered"inside" information, but what too many fail to realize is,it is not illegal or against any SEC regulations to give an investor information about company business, even if it is considered"inside"information, but with conditions according to SEC regulations>>>>>>> Rule 100(b)(2) sets out four exclusions from coverage. The first, as proposed, is for communications made to a person who owes the issuer a duty of trust or confidence -- i.e., a "temporary insider" -- such as an attorney, investment banker, or accountant. The second exclusion is for communications made to any person who expressly agrees to maintain the information in confidence. 28 Any misuse of the information for trading by the persons in these two exclusions would thus be covered under either the "temporary insider" or the misappropriation theory of insider trading. This approach recognizes that issuers and their officials may properly share material nonpublic information with outsiders, for legitimate business purposes, when the outsiders are subject to duties of confidentiality.....good night!

You should post more..really. Everytime you post I read every word due to the fact that you seem fairly knowledgeable and unbiased. I would like to know more on your thoughts about RR but honestly from what I can tell there isnt much more to research..we are basically in a holding pattern.
I agree with your comment on the whole Pope issue. I have no idea what was said to this person but as an investor it seems somewhat dubious that Ken Stead would have disclosed anything to this person that could gain him scrutiny from the SEC. But I would be lying to say I am extremly curious as to what made Pope sit in a cafe and think about life changing events. Maybe Ken just said "hang in there and good things will come"?. Its almost irelevant anyway.

On a different note..2.3 million volume on a 600million share company isnt really alot of volume. Actually its very little volume, but I know we are working, using averages, but still take into account the share price as well. 2.3million X .07-.06 cents= 138K dollars. Not really a whole lot in the bigger scheme of things. When we start seeing 10million volume days then its time to start paying attention. My point is I dont think this is indicative of a news leak good or bad. I also dont think its anything to get excited about when this goes up 20% and some posters on here are on their "to da moon" train. Patience is going to be a huge virtue when owning this stock. I "think" it will pay off but there are no such things as gaurantees..ever.
