Why would they try to up list right after that dismal 3rd Q? I think they will have to first: Find a broker, get revenues growing again, decrease Debt significantly. Start to market this company like others do in the real world; billboards, hire people to sell plans door to door, Radio/TV commercials and maybe even an info- mercial on some of the cable channels why haven't they been doing that from the start??? If they have such a great product they should be willing to tell the world as loud as possible. IFSL bumper stickers. I don't see up listing before 2011. Lotto anyone!!!
