What is wrong with you? Losing money on the stock market because you stock cratered is the American way. The key is to have enough cash on hand that so that you can either hold until on the stock recovers, or keep enough money on hand so that you can buy enough alcohol to dull your senses after the losses.
Actually, I understand where you are coming from as I am still a bit sensitive after what happened with GTCB.
