I agree with DD on this one.

MNTA's stock have been under persistent selling pressure. I thought it was shorting on the tL approval. But it now seems nearly certain that a good part of it was shorting into the offering.

I have seen many of these offerings that are priced and closed quickly. The stocks generally then rise.

The key will be how quickly the pricing is announced and that the shares are fully subscribed.

There are a couple of factors that I think suggest this one will price and close quickly. They are: the decline into the sale, the inability of a large buyer to acquire a block in a constrained stock, and the chance that some of the large short interest will see it as an easy way to close out their shorts.
