I don't think it is that obvious, Cowsert may have thought that the IP banditos incident was not enforceable and was working to get the ball rolling and then get the IP problem fixed when new people were on board , the resignation could have been for failure to do the proper filings to let the trading public know what was happening , as for Truthhurts and I would put money on it, that she is the wife of LW ,they are here only to try to lower the share price so if and when LW and FV do make a deal, they will walk away with 10s of millions of shares of CYGX instead of 100s of thousands , the fat lady didn't sing yet , many many big share holders never sold their shares yet.

I strongly doubt if a class-action lawsuit could be filed against the company or Lex Cowsert for actions when he was alledgedly CEO. As the company has no assets and the players are personally just a bunch of cheap hucksters & shysters where would the award come from? What law firm would proceed without firm knowledge of their payment source?

Have you seen Cowsert's valid & permanent employment contract as required by law to be filed with the SEC? None was ever filed.

Have you seen the company's filings indicating that it paid him a wage through his entire period of alledged employment? None have been so filed for 2 years.

Have you see the newly filed and amended Corporate By-Laws of this fraud and scam ?

A considerable portion addresses protection for corporate officers against lawsuits and it was filed the same week as when nearly all the executive management resigned, Nov. 18th, 2010.

This of course was done to protect themselves as they made their exit while kicking the last prop out from under this stock fraud and scam.
