Dean has been promising images for YEARS!

Dean has promised a demonstration of the DViS in Universities and/or Hospitals for YEARS!

Dean stated FDA approval was imminent and the DViS would not get rejected!

Dean has posted PUMPS on Facebook, through PR's, etc - and this has caused major up's and down's on the stock.

Dean has lost all of his credibility with investors as evident in the stock price of IMGG. I agree he has never "lied" so-to-speak. However, his word is as good as NOTHING as this point. This leads me to disagree with you and state that there is no "fact" that the DViS does or does not work. We don't know at this point. With is pathetic if you truly think about it and actually answers the question.

The front page says that DVIS is
"It is the only product in existence that can produce a combination of high quality 2D, 3D real-time, and CT imagery in a single device."

The words "only", "product", "existence" ,"produce" and "3D real-time" are lies.
Mutech O-arm and Medtronic O-arm are 3D real-time machines that existed a couple years ago.

Where is honesty here?

POPO, i respect your admiration and support for Dean , but even his own peeps on FB are requesting a proof of working 3D machine, his own family and friends bro... He has used every excuse in the book not to demonstates the machine in action, he simply ran out of BS and the price and the FDA responses shows it. There is a reason IMGG is almost down to a single digit, I visited the site and I am a firm beleiver that this hole 3D live imaging is a mith and an idea on paper that will never materialize . I am just hopping that at the end of the day someone will investigate all the empty promises , statements and insider deals .. IMO ,Cheers

i believe Dean has a working prototype that does real time 2d images...not 3D

I beleive he handed in calcualtions outlining the 3D process....the FDa gave him the IDE approval so he could sell some units AT COST and complete the real time 3D process

Dean chose not to take advantage of it
