A $7 million stock issuance for a technology that there is no documentation for is disturbing. It exceeds the company's total market cap. Will Mr. Bendall be giving back the $7 million in stock if/when the flare gas technology turns into another nanoball crusher, Chinese food company etc. boondoggle? Unlikely.
