The Equity Committee will be putting out another update to shareholders after the Dec 14th status hearing. Will try and put out a brief update in the next few days, but its tricky before the 14th when stuff will become public record.
Low of the year was around .0003, and I imagine that most who were going to sell probably sold at that time.
The thing that keeps me here is the potential for success and the fact that any day some game-changing piece of information could be released that would send the price up dramatically. We never know when financing may be obtained, or the plan of reorganization is declared with the shareholders being left intact. Then, a potential shareholder would be left chasing the price.
