and you very well could be right. maybe this is the "runup" method taking place right now.

still. it's going to be a gamble holding into the results. however, if the stock is trading at 6.50-7.00 into the results, its going to provide a much better cushion to the downside if it fails and falls 40% ((3.90))..as opposed to it trading at 4.00 and losing 40% of its market cap on a failure (2.50)

Well put. The Rida risk, and ARIA risk, is mitigated dramatically by the other trials, of course, most notably by Endo.

Am update on the Endo trial would be welcomed anytime.
