Got it...any time you throw a strong signal at anything electronic its going to have an effect...back in the 70's I was working with a telephone system manufacturer that had a problem with truckers and CB talk coming through the phone system..more so when a trucker was pushing their signal with a megger box.

The CB signal was coming into the system via the power supply. I went down the the local electronics part store and bought a bunch of .01mfd disk caps and put one on each of the power supply outputs and connected it to a good ground and walla...the signal was gone.

With the transmission of Digital signals you can filter out most if not all other signals..and most recievers now have narrow band filters so as to take care of unwanted signals. And with spread spectrum, multiplexing, etc...and the fact that most digital information has bits that tell the reciever they are getting inteligent information the problem you speak of is very limited....unless of course you have a transmitter sitting on top of the devices trying to recieve a signal....thats called jamming...and there is not much anyone can do about that.
