Take it as it comes. Lest us not forget, the Equity Committee - IS THE SHAREHOLDERS VOICE -- in the court room.
And the judge knows that.
I will not begrudge Ilene in any way, or any other shareholder who speaks at this CORRECT AND APPOINTED TIME.
But for anyone to think that the Equity Committee is NOT ALSO speaking for Shareholders, then you need to rethink the role of the EC in bankruptcy.
