China Unicom's 2010 WLAN access device Centralized Purchasing released: 25 manufacturers to share

C114 News (Oct. 19)-----China Unicom announced the bid winners in "2010 WLAN access device Centralized Purchasing" are 25 manufacturers.

CHINA UNICOM IMPORT & EXPORT CO.,LTD. (the tender agent) was commissioned by China Unicom Network Communications Co., Ltd. (the tenderer) to tender for the 2010 WLAN access device Centralized Purchasing. After evaluation and approval by China Unicom, 25 manufacturers were confirmed to be the winning bidders.

The 25 manufacturers as follows:

Beijing aceway telecom technology CO., LTD., Shenzhen Winhap Communications Inc., Beijing Boomsense Technology Co.,Ltd., D-Link(Shanghai)Limited Corp., HongHaoMingChuan Technology Co.,Ltd., GCI SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd., Comba Telecom, Telestone Technologies Corporation Ltd., Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment, ZOOM NETWORKS INC, WUHAN HONGXIN TELECOMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES CO.,LTD., Datang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd., China GrenTech Corporation Limited, Guangzhou New Postcom Equipment Co., Ltd, Xiamen C & D Inc., Fu zhou Sunnada Communication Facilities Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd, SureKAM Corporation, Digital China Holdings Limited, Autelan Technology, Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd., Dongzhou Group, Sunwave Communications Co., Ltd., Beijing DG Telecommunications Equipment Co., LTD., Nanjing Z-Com Wireless Co.,Ltd.

As the WLAN Centralized Purchasing of China Mobile, China Unicom also found many unknown companies appeared on the shortlist, this means the business factors account for a large proportion. The WLAN operators, which occupied the most market share, has constructed many projects of China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom before, and already sold 600 thousand units in WLAN market, didn't appear on the list this time.
