DEC UPDATE -- PERMIT EXPECTED THIS WEEK OR NEXT

(1) They expect air permit only to operate and if a solid waste permit is needed at all it will be processed while they are already operating and won't stop allowing them to do full scale commercial production. As confirmed by several people who spoke to the DEC last Thursday 12/2 that it could come within 7 days. However, is that business days? Also, a snowstorm closed the DEC early that day so the expectation of 7 days could be next week.
