12/3/10, shares = 24,551,867, price = $0.06, MARKET CAP = $1,473,112
So, technically, NEOM was worth less at the end of 2009, SO FAR, by $39,398.
[EDIT]: Both above lows were INTRADAY lows, not closing lows.
