Whether or not Teva's manufacturing infringes on MNTA's patent absolutely would not be discussed in a meeting between TEVA and FDA, and the FDA would/will be in no way making any claim or determination of whether or not there is patent infringement.
Hello dewophile, you've made me look for the original piece by Yoram G. and it doesn't contain this part of that sentence - "...and does not copy the Momenta method." anywhere. There are some other differences between the Hebrew and English versions but I don't read too much into things written by journalists and then, as if it is not enough, translated by amateurs.
