That depends if SAEI starts buying shares and this tanks and SEC watches the CSTI problem that NEWENERGY sent with the $0.37 sell earlier in the day!!

They have been fined greater than $300 million this year alone!!


And this would be one on their radar today!!

Especially if a 8-K showed a buy back!!
