that tells you that the NI 41-303 is going to be up to snuff, they don't want the nitpickers finding a single i undotteded, or t uncrossed.

yea. i think if anticipation of a good 43-101 got us to .69 last week then with the float lock down we can get over $1 this week if the report comes Thu or Fri (end of week).

All they said was 1) unusual mkt activity - probably refers to the precipitous drops in share price that happened 2x last week both within 1 hr of trading. Dont think they refer to the rise in shares but that was pretty "unusual"ly quick too.

The fact that they want an orderly and fair market confirms they are legit and this co. is for real - not a penny scam.

And they dont want the stock price to be affected further so they say why the report is delayed (signatures) and then when to expect it.
